This is entirely due to my favourite, miss twelve who consumed enough liquor to kill an elephant. Recently at a bar I brought up her story, the highest anyone had ever blown was .260 They claimed they were passed out.

Taken into consideration the actual level of intoxication in each finalist, I added up the BALs and divided by 0.08
Miss Oct really drove that number up.
